I agonized over spending this much $$$ for a porch light. But, in the end, I bought it because I knew I'd regret not doing so. And I was right. :)
Before ordering the light, I searched for additional photos all over the internet, especially the manufacturer's website. I must say that no photos do it justice. It's simply breathtaking.
The only reason I gave it four stars, instead of five, is that there's a 1" or more gap between the panels and the top. (You can see it clearly in the photo.) If I leave the light on for any length of time at night, I'm sure it will turn into a bug motel -- and it's not going to be very easy to remove the base for cleaning.
But the light is truly lovely enough to offset that problem.
