THIS LOOKS SOOOO GOOD BUT A BIT PRICEY. I LOOKED AT IT AS AN INVESTMENT. IT IS FRAGILE TO HANDLE BUT WITH CARE IT WILL LAST. PUT IT UP AND FORGET ABOUT IT.

We bought the full nativity set, all 13 pieces. We were mostly satisfied with it for the exception of the star broke as we tried to pack it away. We didn't feel that it should break that easily especially for the amount we paid for it. Also, we believe more lights should be included with the purchase of the full set. We were only sent one light and it was not enough to bring justice to the beautifully hand crafted and painted set. We ended up buying another light so that it would be fully lighted.

I have placed this nativity on the hedge surrounding the garden, otherwise
it couldn't be seen. I used 4 ft poles from a local hardware store to secure
them in the hedge.
It looks really lovely. My only complaint is that it feels flimsy
where the star and the stable roof meets - like it might collapse.
I have had to secure it with brown duck tape as it does not feel
stable (no pun intended) without it.
Also, I have placed a black felt background on the stable frame. It has
glittery bits in it which look lovely when the sun shines, and for
night time I have sewn in 50 small white lights to make a starry
sky. They are solar powered, as are the two spotlights I have placed
on the hedge to highlight Mary and Joseph. It looks delightful at
night. A refreshing change from the snowmen and candy canes all
around me. I will definitely be buying more figures for next year
and I would like to see an angel added to the set. Maybe a beautiful
yellow or gold clad one. Thank you.
